Mission Statement of the Architectural Review Committee

 

As Director for the Association, let it be declared that:

 

Architectural Review Committee Members Have the Responsibility To:

 

1.      Conduct business in an open, fair and transparent manner.

2.      Review all building plans, specifications, permits and modifications presented by the Associations Membership within a thirty (30) day time period of receipt.

3.      Render decisions based upon the harmony of external design, materials and location in relation to surrounding buildings and topography within the Lot.

4.      Provide all decisions of approval/disapproval/requests for more information directly to management within twenty (20) days of receipt of the application.

5.      Initiate written guidelines and practices for the promulgation of fair practice.

6.      Encourage input from residents on establishing guidelines.

7.      Serve the Associations interest in the protection and conservation of property values and desirability of the land as a residential community.
